Dalby State High School Year 6 into Year 7 Transition Program
The beginning of high school is an exciting time for teenagers and their families. Each year Dalby State High School's Year 7 Transition Program is designed to help students transition to high school confidently and successfully.
Key features of our Transition Program for students enrolling for Year 7 2027 include:

| Parent Information sessions | Dalby State School's Kavney Hall from 5:30-6:30pm on Tuesday 4 August and at Dalby South School Library 5:30-6:30pm on Tuesday 11 August. |

| Prospective Boarding Students | Programs for prospective boarding students at our Bunya Campus facility |

| Twilight Tour | Tuesday 1 September 4:30-6:30pm These tours provide an informal chance for students and parents to view the school, meet key staff and ask any questions. All welcome.

| Students with additional needs | We also welcome parents / carers of students with additional needs and/or disabilities to meet with our Deputy Principal of Equity and Inclusion Bonnie Goullet at afternoon tea Wednesday 29 July 3:30-4:40pm (Dalby State School) or Wednesday 5 August 3:30-4:30pm (Dalby South State School) |
